Please note that a custom made item or an item that was in any way been personalised may only be returned for a refund if it contains a manufacturing defect.

Please be advised this item is not a toy. Please ensure it is kept out of reach of small children. This item has some weight and possibly some sharp edges. If used inappropriately, it may cause injury. 

Purchased items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify us at artrefined@gmail.com.
